- Please note: veteran tuition waivers can be applied towards M.Eng. courses.
- Financial assistance for College of Engineering Alumni who are unemployed or non-company sponsored: Alumni Financial Assistance Request Form.
Add/Drop: Financial Implications (Refund Policy)
- Note: In order to be eligible for a refund or cancellation of charges, a student must officially drop ALL courses currently being taken.
The Center for Advanced Engineering Education does not offer Graduate Assistantships. If you are enrolled in a fee-based program, you are charged academic program fees, not tuition; therefore, a tuition waiver is not applicable and your appointment does not provide a waiver of academic program fees. A list of fee-based programs can be found on the Office of the Bursar’s website. For fee-based programs, there is no available waiver for any part of the academic program fee, and you will be responsible for paying university fees at the negotiated rate. For more information regarding Graduate Assistantships, please visit The Graduate School’s website.
The total Cost of Attendance (COA) includes direct educational costs (i.e., tuition, fees, housing, and food) and indirect costs. Indirect costs include books, course materials, supplies and equipment, transportation, miscellaneous personal expenses, loan fees, and professional licensure or certification, if applicable.
